IPL 2020 Auction Budget of All Teams Owners (Season 13)

IPL 2020 auction has already scheduled on 19 December 2020 and all IPL teams owners are ready with their budgets for bid on players base prices in the auction.

According to the official website of the Indian Premier League, there are 971 players registered for Vivo IPL 2020 player auction and all teams franchise owners will bid on these players with their available purse to complete their IPL 2020 players list.

The IPL 2020 retention process has already done and team owners have retained some of the best and experienced players.

Fans would like to know what are the budgets of all IPL team owners for IPL season 13 players auction and here we will discuss about this.

So let’s start with the lowest budget to the highest budget of each IPL team.

Mumbai Indians team – 13.05 crore Rs.

Mumbai Indians team has the lowest budget as they have retained a total of 18 players from their previous IPL season squad. These players were behind the success of Mumbai Indians in last season.

It seems like Mumbai Indians only looking for a few new players for the upcoming IPL 2020.

Chennai Super Kings team – 14.60 crore Rs.

CSK is the most experienced team of the IPL.

They have 14.60 cr for the new players to buy in auction.

CSK budget in all IPL seasons always stays low as they focus on the retention of there best experience players.

CSK has retained a total of 20 players for upcoming IPL season 13, this is the highest number of retention players among the other IPL teams.

Sunrisers Hyderabad team – 17 crore Rs.

SRH has only released a few players in the retention process and retained a total of 18 players.

They are having 17 cr rupees in their purse for IPL auction 2020 for new faces in their squad.

Delhi capitals team – 27.85 crore Rs.

Delhi capitals team has also shown faith in their last season squad and retained a total of 14 players.

They have 27.85 cr rupees budget for IPL 2020 auction.

Royal Challengers Bangalore team – 27.90 crore Rs.

RCB only retained 13 players and there are only two overseas players, they are must be looking for other foreigner players in the auction with their available budget.

Rajasthan Royals team – 28.90 crore Rs.

Rajasthan Royals team has the third-highest budget in the auction and it is 28.90 cr rupees.

They have released some overseas players and also their most experienced player Ajinkya Rahane who has traded out now to Delhi capitals.

Kolkata Knight Riders team – 35.65 crore Rs.

KKR has released most of the experienced players from their IPL team squad and that’s why they have the second-highest budget in the auction which is 35.65 cr rupees.

Kings XI Punjab team – 42.70 crore Rs.

KXIP team has the highest budget for IPL auction 2020, they have retained 16 players having only two experienced batsmen in the team.

They must be looking for more experience batsmen for the upcoming IPL season 13 with their available budget of 40.70 cr rupees which seems like the auction is very important for Kings XI Punjab this year.
